COMMISSIONINGHow do you commission a piece of furniture or a kitchen?
Your first point of contact will be with Ian Cox who is a co-director of the company. Ian will meet with you either at the Rozen workshop/showroom, or at your home. He will listen to your requirements and take a brief from you.
Ian will project manage your commission, liaising with his designers and cabinet makers who will ultimately be making your commission.
Your project will go through the following stages...
stage 1.
We will take your brief, which will include making suggestions, inspiring your ideas, and suggesting how your individual design ideas can be incorporated successfully.stage 2.
From your brief we will produce basic technical drawings, hand drawn visuals and an initial quote. We will make suggestions on woods, materials, door furniture etc.stage 3.
At our second meeting with you, we will go through the drawings and quote and note any changes you would like made.Should there be changes, we will supply new drawings.
stage 4.
Once you have chosen to have Rozen to make your furniture, we will secure your manufacturing time by way of a deposit.stage 5.
Production of your commission will commence and you will be invited to come and view your furniture or kitchen and meet the cabinet maker making it.stage 6.
It is our practice that Ian will accompany your furniture on delivery day, to ensure that you are happy with the finished work.
